About

I started this blog in the hope that sharing this information will be helpful and encouraging to others concerned about the risks posed to the environment and health by residential wood burning – both indoor and outdoor – and about the problem of industrial biomass burning, which has also negatively affected many communities.  By speaking up for the right to breathe clean air we can individually and collectively make a positive difference.

I chose the title of this blog to express the irony of how we often undervalue the air we all share; if we try not breathing for just a few moments, we realize how vital our air is!

And for our health, for quality of life, and for the environment, I believe it’s an inescapable truth that, when it comes to the air we all breathe, only clean air will do.
